I confirm that I am the author or the owner of full copyright on the photographs, video recordings, and textual works (hereinafter referred to as 'Content') that I provide to the Publisher by uploading said Content to a cloud storage and providing the Publisher with a link to the folder containing this Content for the purposes of publication in the Publisher's materials.

I hereby grant my consent to the Publisher for the use and publication of the Content in Top Posters Magazine, on the official website of the Magazine, in social media, as well as in advertising and promotional materials of the Magazine. I hereby grant the Publisher non-exclusive rights to use the Content in any territories and without time restrictions.

I confirm that the publication of this Content will not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, the rights to the image of individuals depicted in the Content. I am convinced that all necessary agreements from individuals present in the Content have been obtained by me and grant me the rights to use their images for publication in Top Posters Magazine and in other specified formats without time or territorial limitations.

I agree that in the event of disputes or claims related to copyright or the rights of third parties on the Content, full responsibility and obligation to resolve such disputes or claims shall lie with me, and such matters are beyond the jurisdiction of the Publisher.
